We lived in Perth in the current property for 5 years before we moved to the south west. We have been most fortunate in having Hazel McDonald as our property manager for nearly 40 years. She has been an extremely conscientious, efficient & courteous person to deal with. We feel she has certainly gone above & beyond in her dealings with us - & we feel that all the tenants we have had would say the same.

A heartfelt thank you to Bella from Xceed for making the process of renting my property so seamless. From the moment we met, I was impressed by her professionalism, friendly demeanor and helpful approach. She guided me through every step with ease, even as I juggled purchasing and moving into a new home. Bella ensured all aspects of the rental process were handled efficiently, keeping everyone informed and up to date along the way. Her dedication and support gave me peace of mind during a busy time. I've since recommended Bella and Xceed Property to many of my friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
