My review is really of the Property Manager as I have not had much other dealings with Xceed Real Estate. As a tenant, this has been the best property manager I have had to date. Responsive, helpful, proactive and fair with all dealings over a duration of 2.5 years.
Xceed Real Estate
They are patient, polite and good understanding. I like their documentation works as they do more from them than Tenant.
Xceed Real Estate
Our excellent tenant of some years terminated for whatever reason Xceed took control, advertised and did a show day. Found a very promising new tenant with excellent references who has entered a 12 month agreement at very acceptable rental.
