Extremely good.
Speaking with Courtenay Barry together with the information I have been given by her was very helpful for choosing the rent at which to advertise the premises resulting in an increase of $ 40 per week in rent. I am also very happy on how the break lease was handled and how fast a new renter was found.

Fees are reasonable. Managers are responsive.
Xceed's fees are competitive compared to other agents. Serious maintenance issues are brought to my attention very quickly. They recently saved me money by lodging a refund application with Water Corp after a plumbing leak.
