Xceed have made the process of transitioning from my previous Property Manager virtually painless. They have handled the changeover with minimal fuss and with expertise you would expect from this company. They have also handled the new lease very well by keeping me informed of prospective tenants and helping with the selection of a suitable tenant. Very professional outfit.

Highly recommend the Xceed Real Estate team! My property has been seamlessly managed for several years. Any issues that have arisen were promptly communciated with recommended actions. Recently, I've had long term tenants vacate, plenty of notice was provided, 3 prescreened prospective tenants options provided to allow me to make an informed decision. Special thanks to Courtenay Barry for minimising my vacancy period and achieving a great market rental rate. Thanks Team!

A big shout out to 2 superstars at Xceed who have been managing my property since I left Perth in 2018. Courtenay Barry has been there since day 1 and as expected we have tenants that move on. Once again she has got high quality applicants straight away , again. Rochelle Armstrong runs the day to day of my property and is amazing!! She is responsive, sorts out all issues quickly and recommends things to be fixed and organizes it all. This is what I need not being in Perth. A company I can trust and these 2 long term employees looking after my interests. Thank you so much Courtenay and Rochelle.
