Xceed Real Estate
The team at Xceed Real Estate demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and were always prompt in their communication, keeping me informed at every step. They found a suitable tenant quickly, ensuring that all my requirements were met. The transition was seamless, and their support made everything straightforward and hassle-free.
Xceed Real Estate
Generally courteous though you need to chase them up all the time rather than it being a case where you are paying for a service and be carefree knowing they will ensure everything is A-OK. I get the impression the property managers are under the pump as they have too many properties to manage hence unable to keep on top of the workload.
Xceed Real Estate
Very pleased Xceed were able to speedily source a new tenant at a reasonable rent.
Xceed Real Estate

Good communication and easy process which was handled well by agent. Living remotely from rental property it's satisfactory to know it's in good hands.

Awesome response time and made it quick and easy. Been trying to find a rental for a few months now and always a delayed response from other Agencies. Thank you for making it stress free
