We haven’t moved in to this beautiful looking property yet. So my 5 star rating has been based on our dealing with Charlie at Xceed. She has been so helpful and taking the time in hearing all the questions we had. Charlie explained everything we needed to do and made it easy to understand, she was always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed to ask her something. We can’t wait to move in a couple of weeks.

An amazing real estate agent, all staff are professional and listened to our needs. I highly recommend Xceed Real Estate, great communication that gives prompt replies. Great management and an excellent team of staff. Kristie-Lee Newnham and Charlie Mitchell to name a few are extremely helpful, with their expertise they helped me find a place to call home and I can’t thank them enough!

Getting my property ready for rent Kristie Lee had everything sorted from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional. She took care of everything she answered all my questions. Dealing with Samantha as my property manager has also been great. That’s for the recommendation Irma to put my investment in the hands of Xceed.

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Xceed Real Estate, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Their communication was always clear, timely, and professional, ensuring we were well-informed at every stage of the process. The transparency they provided gave us complete confidence in our decisions. What truly impressed us was particularly Bella's diligence and hard work, particularly with the pre-purchase inspections. They went above and beyond, meticulously handling every detail and making sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the property. The personal touch they added made us feel truly special and valued as clients. Beyond their professionalism, Bella and the team are incredibly personable and kind. They took the time to understand our needs and concerns, offering guidance and reassurance whenever we needed it. Their warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a real estate agent and agency who combines exceptional service with a genuine personal touch, Bella and the whole team at Xceed Real Estate is the one to choose. They made a complex process feel simple and even enjoyable, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support.
