Having sold our existing property and looking for a longer-term rental while undertaking improvements to another property I was very impressed with the respect, courtesy and professionalism displayed by everyone in the Xceed team, especially Kristie-Lee as my first point of ocntact. I had not had as positive experience during other rental applications with other agencies, so this was a very welcome change. Xceed were amazing when dealing with the lease for our new property. We have found the process of leasing in Australia to be quiet challenge and we were unsure we would get our own home. But the communication we received from Xceed really put our minds to rest, they were there to answer any questions we had and when we emailed supporting documents to support our application they responded very promptly. From the moment we received an email to say we have been accepted, to signing the lease the whole process has been so streamlined and stress free. Would definitely recommend Xceed to anyone looking to rent a property.
