Been renting with xceed for over a year now and just resigned for a new property. Must say the experience has been tremendous with them. The agents here are out there to work in the best interests of all. Been working with Adirenne, Courtenay and Kritee-Lee and can say i’ve had any issues with the agency. Out of all properties that we visited, xceed had some of the best ones with them available near Perth city.

Xceed real estate has the good team in the market. Everything is been made easier from application process to finally securing the apartment. I am privilege that our application has been processed without any hindrance and the agent is kind enough to ask additional information and documents to make the application more strong and appealing before presenting to the landlord. I am glad that I got to apply through Xceed Real estate. Indeed it was wonderful experience for me as I was not really used to the application process and all. From applying to number of vacant apartment and getting a one is really a great experience. All thanks goes to Xceed Real Estate and it’s enthusiastic members.

Kristie-Lee at Xceed far exceeded my expectations in helping me get my investment property on the market. This is my first time owning a property and to add to the complexity of the situation, I'm in Sydney while the property is in Perth. I had no idea what I was doing and Kristie-Lee took the lead, she was always available to answer my many questions and she made sure my property was leased in record time. She took care of everything from start to finish and always kept me up to date. I highly recommend using her services!
