They can manage the property fine. Only issue is repairs. You are better off getting tradies on your on.

I have had a pretty good experience with XceedRE, the people i have worked with and spoken to over the process of find a new apartment, signing a lease and everything that comes with that. The people have all been lovely. I have however found the communication to not be the greatest. No one answers my emails, the only emails I receive are ones that concern them. I have called many times within their business house for the answering machine to say i am calling outside of business hours, then stating those business hours of which i am currently calling within. I think if they can work on their communication this could be an amazing RE company to help you buy, rent or sell.
