The property received a number of quality applications but due to a range of reasons the first couple applicants that were offered the property were unable to proceed and it took a couple weeks longer than I hoped. Gary worked hard to ensure that open homes were continued even if a lease was awaiting acceptance. We ended up getting a great tenant and we achieved a rate higher than comparable properties in the area.

We were rushed into a date which gave us less than 1 week before move in day otherwise it was said another tenant may receive the house. When entering the house, it had not been cleaned, broken sliding door lock and window latch were noticed. It’s taken at least a couple of weeks to have these fixed and still no professional cleaning done. This was disappointing as we’re are still expected to pay the first week of rent when the house was not secure and we could not move in due to this. The property manager did not have the correct keys to open up for a contractor, fix person so we had to come back to the house to open up for her.

Within two days of the inspection Jasmine Clarke, let us know that they were processing our application. She then got back in touch to let us know to fix up something that I missed. Two days later Robyn Lee called to let us know that our application had been accepted by the owners. Within the next day everything was processed. I am incredibly grateful to be able to partner with such an efficient and highly experienced company, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
