We have experienced outstanding professionalism from Xceed Real Estate. Their knowledge of the market and excellent advice allows us to provide a good quality product for tenants whilst also receiving fair returns from our investment. They are continually working to benefit both the landlord and the tenant, offering a confidence for us as landlords. We have been extremely happy with the expertise of Kim Fernie in particular and would highly recommend her for her attention to detail and tenacity to ensure accuracy.

Communication and turnaround time is good, however there has been some missed opportunities with keeping up with market rates/conditions.

I have been with the Xceed Real Estate for many years The agents are very kind and friendly. Their works are excellent. I hope their service still needs to improve because the charges are not cheap enough. This is my sincere feedback. Thank you mr Leow

My experience with Xceed for securing a rental in Bullsbrook has been exceptional, from the initial inquiry to the move-in process. The agency's professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The communication with the rental agency was seamless and efficient. They were transparent about all aspects of the rental process, providing clear information on lease terms, fees, and any additional details. The staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, making the entire experience stress-free. What sets Xceed apart is their understanding of the unique needs of semi-rural living. They were knowledgeable about the local community, and amenities, and were able to provide valuable insights to help me acclimate to the area. I highly recommend Xceed to anyone seeking a seachange. Their professionalism, commitment to customer service, and understanding of rural living make them a standout choice for those looking to rent a property outside the urban landscape.
