Exceed has professionally managed our property for the past years and we are very happy with their services. They have successfully managed our investment property and the lease contract with tenants. They were consistently successful in finding new tenants on time resulting in almost seamless transitions. Exceed provided us with timely and accurate inspection reports, coordination of minor repairs and handling issues on our behalf with Strata and Owner insurance. We've had Xceed as our property managers for a number of year and they've always performed really well for both us and our tenants. We're based in Melbourne so trust over the distance is key, and with Xceed we have this in spades. Most recently, we suffered a family tragedy at the time there was a lot ot be done at the property, including the change of tenants. The Xceed team really stepped up and demonstrated the true partnership we have... not only did they send flowers and a message of sympathy and condolences, but Rochelle just excelled, she organized all of the trades and activities needed to do some repair work, she hassled and haggled the prices on our behalf and then co-ordinating everything for its completion - keeping us in the loop but not imposing on us and allowing us to focus on our family and grieving during this most difficult time. We're truly appreciative of the human touch that we receive with Xceed... they certainly lived up to their name!!
