Kristie-Lee Newnham was very friendly and very customer focused from Day#1 since we made an inquiry to get our property managed by real estate agency. We are interstate investor and we need someone who can work with us to complete the handover and assist us to complete the remaining of the works. Finding Tenants was seamless we kept informed in every steps. Whole process was very nice. Great Experience.

From the small amount of contact I did have with the real estate, they are good at responding to queries in a timely manner and are polite and kind. My housemate took most of the dealings with the property manager.
