Kristie & Jasmine had been in constant and friendly contact with myself. Keeping us up to date & really going above and beyond for us. We don’t feel like just another number- what a wicked team! Happy to be leased through Xceed :)

I have had a pretty good experience with XceedRE, the people i have worked with and spoken to over the process of find a new apartment, signing a lease and everything that comes with that. The people have all been lovely. I have however found the communication to not be the greatest. No one answers my emails, the only emails I receive are ones that concern them. I have called many times within their business house for the answering machine to say i am calling outside of business hours, then stating those business hours of which i am currently calling within. I think if they can work on their communication this could be an amazing RE company to help you buy, rent or sell.

Robyn lee has been sensational, reachable, and pleasurable to deal when it comes to property management and rental. She worked tirelessly prior to property advertisement, securing and screening prospective tenants, and general property management. Would highly recommend.
