The manager was very decent. She was listening to my questions and explaining everything that how the property is leased. What documents are required. That was quiet helpful. On emails the property manager was spontaneously replying to my emails and they were in touch since start. That was really nice and I felt relieved.

I am not easily impressed.... But Xceed really lived up to their name! For a month I was dealing with lazy, rude real estate agents who didn't care about my situation at all and took weeks to get back to me.... Well listen to this... After viewing the apartment on the Saturday Morning and explaining my situation to Courtenay... (I needed something right away) 1. I applied 10:30pm Sunday evening 2. I got an email and a text at 8:30am Monday morning saying my application was in processed and in front of the landlord! 3. 9:56am Monday. I got an email saying... I WAS APPROVED! I mean... 56 minutes into the business week! Are you kidding me???!!!! Now you're just showing off! Lol. But I'm totally here for it! That was well above any wild expectations I had! While every other real estate agent / company had zero urgency and bad attitudes.... Courtenay & the Exeed Real Estate Team Got it Done! Exceed are the only Real Estate Agents I came across who are actually hungry for your business and wanting to provide quality service during this ridiculous rental crisis. It was an outstanding result for me and the landlord. I'm extremely grateful! Easily 5/5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfection
