Harsh is a very friendly guy who sold our house however the 3 stars are because I couldn't help but feel like he wanted a quick sale. First visit Harsh didn't even look in the bedrooms or any other part of the house until I mentioned it. On the third visit he realised I had roller shutters out the front of my home. My house was listed 20k below what houses of the exact same size and block are being listed for and I was advised against listing it at a higher price. I will definitely do my research if I decide to sell again.
