Exceptional
Jonathan (assisted by Ruby) was exceptional. He was very hands on and project managed only behalf preparing g the property for sale. He sourced competitive quotes drawing upon his network and provided timely updates and delivered on time! Highly recommend, particularly if you are time poor, Jonathan and his team happy to take care of things. Very responsive throughout, very focussed on concluding the sale, and cost conscious. Happy to collaborate on sales strategy, price signalling, etc.

Better than expectation
Tom was very efficient and punctual from the first time I met him to write the offer all the way to settlement which we got through earlier than anticipated with his help. His assistant Kylie and himself was constantly calling and updating me every day which was great as I was keep in the loop. He had set times and put a schedule together so we could follow the whole settlement t process this was very informative in every aspect. I have no issues in recommending Tom Vlahos for his expert services highly recommend.
