Xavier was so good that it is hard to condense it. We feel he sets the benchmark. We were looking for a specific type of property that we knew would be hard to find but were in no hurry. Over a year or two Xavier would ring us anytime he knew of something that was for sale or might be coming onto the market that he thought may be of interest to us. We'd generally end up having long chats about everything under the sun, not just real estate. He was very knowledgeable about the areas that we were interested in, right down to the history of the properties that we may mention. It became like having a chat with an old friend and we felt he had a genuine interest in helping us find exactly what we wanted, to the extent that he told us about a property that was with another agent but he thought may be what we were looking for. It was pretty much exactly what we wanted. We offered to go through him to the other agent so that he may get something out of it after all the time he had spent talking to us.
