I was referred to Xavier by a friend with multiple properties. He said Xavier made everything easy and did what he said he was going to do. In my experience, Xavier far exceeded my expectations. He truly went above and beyond. I live in Queensland and didn’t have the local knowledge or contacts to handle issues as they arose. My property needed painting, plastering, bathroom sealing, and electrical work, some of which very last minute. Xavier coordinated everything and made it happen fast. He put me onto a fantastic settlement agency as well, that also ran like clockwork. On top of that, he got me a fantastic result with the sale. Xavier’s communication is excellent as well, he kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. This is the first time I’ve sold a property, but I think the bar has been set very high.
