As first time buyers in our 60's we knew very little of how the market and agents operated, what we did know anecdotally was not encouraging, and to say that any agent who met me had their work cut out for them [re my unending questions] was an understatement! Our experience from the very start was not only stress-free, but enjoyable. Although representing the seller, Todd has a genuine way of balancing the needs of both parties. He was always available when we had yet another question, and apart from his professionalism and great sense of humour, he is simply really likeable and someone who we trusted. His broad and immense industry knowledge was a bonus, and when we sought out recommendations for other services they too were in the same league. Together they made our purchase seamlessly easy - and I think the essential ingredient is that they both love what they do and make a great team.
