Xavier sold my property in Lake Coogee within 3 weeks, one of those weeks was during lockdown which was an even better result. Xavier's intimate knowledge of the area was the key to selling the property with all the extra amenities highlighted such as the parks in the area, proximity to the beach and shops that are near by. Xavier went the extra length to point all of these extras out to add extra value and attraction to the property which I believe is a testament to his dedication to both the seller and buyer.

As first time buyers in our 60's we knew very little of how the market and agents operated, what we did know anecdotally was not encouraging, and to say that any agent who met me had their work cut out for them [re my unending questions] was an understatement! Our experience from the very start was not only stress-free, but enjoyable. Although representing the seller, Todd has a genuine way of balancing the needs of both parties. He was always available when we had yet another question, and apart from his professionalism and great sense of humour, he is simply really likeable and someone who we trusted. His broad and immense industry knowledge was a bonus, and when we sought out recommendations for other services they too were in the same league. A personal thanks also goes out to Charlotte, Todd's assistant. Together they made our purchase seamlessly easy - and I think the essential ingredient is that they both love what they do and make a great team. Xavier was fantastic in helping our family sell our parents home. he was understanding and kind in all aspects of the sale. We did have some issues with Landgate during our title transfer but xavier was supportive through out and kept the new buyers (Who we hope enjoy the home as much as our family did) and us informed at all times.
