To say Siobhan was an incredible agent is a complete understatement of her skills and abilities. Siobhan is absolutely a cut above the rest and has made home ownership a smooth and enjoyable process. Like most FHB's we spent countless weeknights and evenings inspecting properties in various suburbs, price brackets and house types to build up an understanding of what we wanted, budget could afford and how the buying process worked. Most occasions, we were treated by other agents with rudeness, pushiness and at times were even completely ignored when mentioning we were FHB, almost like we were more of a nuisance than a potential buyer (until they asked what our pre-approval was and then it turned into almost daily phone calls pushing us to overcapitalise!).
