Up until a few weeks ago we had no intention to move as we were in what we believed would be our forever house ....it's been our beautiful home for the past 7 years. From there, with Brendans expertise, he managed to lock in not only the new property we were aiming for but also take on the sale of our current property located in the Westlake area. Brendan went on to achieve a very quick successful outcome for both our sale and new purchase and that was with taking on a few requests by us of what we didn't want which could have made it a bit of a harder task. Not many people would say real estate people have honesty and integrity with great communication. Brendan was fantastic from our first meeting. Many agents seem to say what you want to hear to sign your listing, Brendan had clear communication from the start. He had a clear plan and talked us through the stressful parts of selling with confidence. Brendan was focused on selling our home and doing many after regular hours activities with this goal in mind.
