We encourage everyone to engage Brendan for your next sale and to trust and follow his advice about getting certain things in order before the sale (minor repairs, invest in having a staging done etc.) and not to be greedy but realistic as this created the best outcome we would not have achieved otherwise. Did we mention the property was sold in less than 1.5 week and there was no need for a second open home? Firstly and most importantly to me Brendan did not come in all guns blazing and promise to get me an unachievable price just to secure my listing. He fully explained to me the vagaries of the current market. Brendan’s marketing strategy had all bases covered. His use of social media platforms I found to be particularly clever and innovative. Brendan’s communication style is down to earth and genuine . He would update me regularly on when he got genuine inquiries and give feedback from inspections and phone calls. I felt informed and supported throughout the whole process. He made what can be a stressful process easy. He also took the time to help some first home buyers navigate the process. I was impressed by his work ethic and that he made himself available for a number of private inspections outside of the the normal open houses. Brendan understands the current market and the psychology of buyers in a rapidly changing market. He tailored his sales strategy perfectly to suit the changing market and exceeded my expectations. The moment I contacted Brendan to lodge my interest in the property, he was friendly and engaging, answering all my initial questions about the property. Arranging a property inspection in Covid times is tricky but Brendan arranged this with ease, on two separate occasions. He was professional, not pushy and again answered all questions I had on site. He allowed me plenty of time on each occasion to view the property without feeling rushed. Pest and Building inspection reports were quickly forthcoming and his communication between the vendor and myself was exceptional. I do not think I would have been able to purchase this beautiful home without having Brendan as the agent. He was truly the key to me purchasing this property, satisfying the vendor and myself.
