I will always Sell with McKell!
This is the second time I have sold a property with Brendan. He is always professional and forthcoming with all information regarding the process of the sale. My first experience was in a sellers' market and my property was sold within two weeks with fierce competition between the prospective buyers. This latest one took a bit longer because of the current market but Brendan was able to achieve the result I was after without causing undue angst, for which I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend Brendan and would engage him if I have any future need.

Would highly recommend Chris
I'm very happy that we chose Chris to sell our unit. He provided so much assistance in the lead-up to the sale in coordinating cleaners, handymen, etc. He had a very good knowledge of the building and I fully trusted him with the process. He also sold us our new place off-market which worked out very well. I appreciate that the market was cooling and the price we got reflects this. Nonetheless I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Newcastle- Lake Macquarie area.

Another record sale in a doomsday market
I selected Brendan as my agent as he had recently received a record sale in my complex and suburb. Brendan achieved another record sale for me which was an unprecedented sale for townhouses in the Shortland area. In my opinion, these repeated results is evidence that Brendan is a highly skilled salesman as he achieved this result in under a week when more interest rate rises were being announced and the media continued to report that the property market was continuing crashing. Brendan is very professional and easy to work with through the whole selling process. He provides a honest market valuation and backs himself in being able to achieve this result. He is a great communicator providing honest and timely feedback through the sales process. He is extremely accommodating for scheduled and private inspection times, importantly to me he also does all the inspections and communications with potential buyers himself. He knows how to create as sense of urgency whilst being supportive. I will definitely use Brendan again in future sales.

Selling the family home
Selling the family home is not easy but Chris’ professionalism and knowledge made the whole process very simple and without stress. His marketing strategy was on point especially in the current time with the u certainty with interest rates and the risingcost of living. Very pleasing result
Brendan McKell (sell with McKell) When we decided to sell our house, being unsure who to use as an agent my daughter mentioned Brendan as he had sold their house and her mother in law’s as well. She said how happy they were with his professionalism, honesty and industry knowledge. I contacted Brendan and from the first discussion we had I felt extremely happy with his attitude and work ethic. As the sale progressed he would keep me updated regularly on the inspections and offers that appeared to be genuine or not. He is an excellent communicator and has an obvious passion for real estate which helped us obtaining a very pleasing result in the sale of our property.
