Second to none.
Nick and his team at your Haven Realty are easily the best Real Estate agent in the Brisbane area. I recently purchased a unit in Brisbane, and not only did Nick assist me and advise me during the purchase process, he accessed the property on the very same day as Settlement, and listed the property for rent immediately. This resulted in a very short time of vacancy, as Nick secured tenants almost immediately at the price he promised us. I can’t recommend Nick and his team highly enough. Karen.

A professional agency
I knew Your Haven Realty for a while. Nick is a very professional and eye on details agent. We thus made a let-only arrangement with YHR for our newly rented property, and result was what we expected: new tenants were found before the available day. We had a good and careful young couple to move in our well maintained apartment unit.

Friendly, Professional and Excellent
I have been renting with Your Haven for two years now, and have found them to excel in every aspect. Requests are responded to promptly, any problems are handeled professionaly, and communication is always a pleasure. With other companies you can tend to feel like simple an address and file, but I feel incredibly well looked after with Your Haven. I would give Nick and the team 6/5 if I could.

Gold Standard
Nick Kruger from Your Haven Realty found a tenant and managed my rental unit for me over 2020/2021 in an environment made difficult by the Pandemic. Nick subsequently helped me sell that unit making it a seamless process. Throughout, he was always so responsive and informative to all my enquires and requests. Further to that, Your Havens online system made it easy to always watch exactly what was happening with my rental payments and costs. Having dealt with many agents over many years for our other properties, I think Your Haven provides a gold standard.
