dealt with a lot of agents over the years on a lot of properties. they ranged from so so to negligent. came to nick on a referal, finally found someone i can trust. it is a tricky business, and there will always be some things that might have worked out better in hindsight, but nick does his level best all the time (18hrs/day) and the outcomes range from great to reasoable, never made a mistake that could be foreseen.
