I would highly recomend Rachael from Your Realty Gympie & Cooloola as she is the first property manager that I have worked with that actually follows through with what she says she will do! I have found Rachael to be excellent to work with and will go above and beyond her role. She has also shown a great deal of respect and courtesy towards any tenants in my property. As landlords of a properties we have owned for the past 3 to 4 years, Michelle and Rachel have been amazing. Once they started managing our properties we have never had a bad tenant, concerns with rent being paid or damaged properties.
