The team at Your Realty Gympie and Cooloola are second to none, I’ve known the girls for many years and have also had the privilege of working alongside them professionally. It’s with my own knowledge of how they operate that I now trust them with managing my own property. They go above and beyond for their sellers, owners, and tenants which hard to find. Sure you can scope out any good agency in Gympie, but if you want a great one, Your Realty really is just that. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything ladies!

We've changed property management agencies a few times for our Gympie rental. After discovering Michelle Shorten at Your Realty through "word of mouth" recommendation, I'm 100% satisfied with the service and effort Michelle and her team provide and I'm 100% sure we will never need to find another property manager. Michelle keeps us updated on all the recent changes regarding rental regulations and keeps us in check with all the compliances requirements for our properties. Michelle has also gone beyond the call of duty on several occasions in order to get our rentals ready for marketing, photos, new tenants etc. The team is responsive to every phone call and every email, energetic and quick to act, getting on top of any issues 100% satisfied !

I would highly recomend Rachael from Your Realty Gympie & Cooloola as she is the first property manager that I have worked with that actually follows through with what she says she will do! I have found Rachael to be excellent to work with and will go above and beyond her role. She has also shown a great deal of respect and courtesy towards any tenants in my property. Its very clear Rachael has a passion for her work and is not just there for a wage. Highly recommended!
