I would highly recomend Rachael from Your Realty Gympie & Cooloola as she is the first property manager that I have worked with that actually follows through with what she says she will do! I have found Rachael to be excellent to work with and will go above and beyond her role. She has also shown a great deal of respect and courtesy towards any tenants in my property.
