As landlords of a properties we have owned for the past 3 to 4 years, Michelle and Rachel have been amazing. Once they started managing our properties we have never had a bad tenant, concerns with rent being paid or damaged properties. The knowledge of the industry along with their passion for finding the right tenant and also the right rental for tenants is a testament to the way they operate even if the property is an hour away.

Rachael and her team do an outstanding job managing our investment property. Absolutely delightful to work with, efficient and always goes the extra mile. Over the years we have connected with dozens of agents and Rachael is by far the best we have encountered. Communication is 10/10 and she is always on the ball!
