Our property was a Holiday rental in its past life. Nancy helped us transition from short term holiday rental to a long term lease agreement seamlessly, with great returns. Nancy even managed to broker a deal to sell all of the furniture to the prospective tenants. Everything from utensils in the kitchen to dining table and bedroom furniture.
