I leased very happily through YPA for a few years. I have leased properties through various different agencies for 10+ years yet I have found YPA the most loyal and easy to communicate. Our property manager was Sophie, she’s always on top of it when we needed assistance and has beautiful communication skills and explained things to me when I needed help understanding. Their help and payment systems are very easy to understand too. I really feel as if the support they show for not only the landlords really extends to the tenants they represent too. They genuinely care and it shows in their performance. I’m sad to move on from Sophie’s care and wish her and the team at YPA the best in the future. You will be well looked after if represented by the staff at YPA

I have a few Rental properties and I can say without doubt that Sophie Peters has been the best . Sophie had perfect tenants for me within 7 days of listing. She is a very professional person.
