Will Likendey at YPA Dromana has been nothing but a breathe of fresh air. Will has shown true kindness in the process of selling our home that we are renting. I have worked with Sophie of YPA Dromana for 3 years now and have had a very positive experience in the way she and the YPA business service rental properties. A number of key points include.... Excellent yearly inspection report including picutres and detailed descriptions of any maintenance works required Prompt management of building repair requirements Excellent communication relative to lease agreements, payments and any issues etc. Sophie in particular knows her trade very well and is able to support both tenants and owners to to run agreements smoothly.
