Elke was fantastic. Timed the sale perfectly - kept us informed at all times. I actually bought the house from Elke some years back and was impressed then and always had it in mind that if I sold - I would use Elke. It was simply an unbelievable result at auction and went above our expectations.

Elke once again, secured a sale for us in Dromana. She is without a doubt, the agent to use in Dromana, with her expertise and knowledge of the area. Elke is very honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend her services and YPA Dromana.

We were very impressed with Elke commitment, strategies and positive marketing program. It soon became apparent that Elke and her team were doing everything possible to promote and market our property. Unfortunately at the time of the marketing campaign the property campaign on the Mornington Peninsula was subdued however this did not deter Elke as she developed further strategies which lead to the successful result of achieving the best price. We would highly recommend her.

Our experience in selling our Dromana home via Elke at YPA was fantastic. Keep it simple; after dealing with a number of agents on the peninsula over many years, Elke is the only real-estate agent I would engage with again in selling or buying property on the peninsula. She is action oriented, driven, honest, professional and always communicating, you won't find a better agent. Thanks Elke!

We approached Elke from YPA to sell our property in Dromana recently . From the outset Elke and her team were professional,,knowledgeable about the local market and they provided us with a realistic market value of the property. Due to Elkes knowledge of the market , her team sold our property in 4 days. We are so thrilled we sold the house quickly. I would recommend YPA to anyone looking for a professional agent who has exceptional knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula market.
