Elke is extremely competent, capable, reliable and with her years of experience;is very knowledgeable about the property market. She did everything she said she'd do, in very good time. We had absolute confidence in her handling of every detail of the marketing and preparation of the property for the online auction. She had followed up on enquiries, so there was a good number of registered bidders to make for a successful outcome. We were very happy with the whole process. Elke was brilliant .

We cannot recommend Elke highly enough. We have bought and sold many times over the years and can easily say this was our best experience. Even with the difficulties of this challenging COVID era, we were guided , always informed and never pressured. Elke and her team certainly over delivered. Thanks Elke your the best. We wish you the best always.

Elke Remscheid
I would absolutely recommend Elke . 3 words to describe her would be : straight talking, tenacious and hard-working. Her confidence and experience definitely helped us through a very difficult process; selling a home during state lock down / restrictions , including an online auction . A successful and surprisingly low- stress process in the end.

Elke delivered on everything she said she would do and enabled us to sell our house for a record price well over reserve. From the first time we interviewed Elke it was clear she was an area expert and was confident in her abilities to deliver us a great result. Elke and the team at YPA made the process as seamless and stressless as can be. I'm sure that if we'd chosen another sales strategy or agent we would not have achieved such an amazing result. Thank you to Elke and YPA Dromana!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Elke R is an intelligent, sensible and highly experienced estate agent. Her advice at all times was spot on and she skilfully organised the auction of my property last Saturday. The result was a final bid considerably above the price other agents had led me to expect. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Elke and her office. Would highly recommend YPA.
