Monica has great communication skills. She kept us informed about potential buyers inspecting our home and updated us after the inspection. She also followed up with each potential buyer. As we were not living in the area, Monica was willing to go the extra mile and help us out where she could. In a difficult market, our house sold fairly quickly and very close to asking price.

• We employed Elke to sell our home, which went ‘on the market’ in mid-Feb 2020. • The people Elke recommended (for taking photos of the property, plus creating floorplans and a video) were excellent. And the Ad was excellent. • Our home was listed in mid-Feb - and shortly thereafter Covid-19 stopped the Real Estate market ‘in it’s tracks’.
