We like dealing with Elke so much so that we've bought and sold properties through her. Elke got us more than we were expecting on our most recent sale. We currently use her office at YPA Dromana to manage our rental property. We would definitely recommend Elke.

After selling a property with Elke previously, there was no question that we would list our property with her again. Elke is extremely hard working and has a great knowledge of the local market so we knew we could completely trust her to get another amazing result for us. Thank you again Elke and the YPA team!

We discussed the property and the market many times and with her knowledge of how the market would react we changed the price a little which meant we would get a lot more interest and we did.

Elke is a great communicator and goes above and beyond for her clients. Elke sold our property and was involved every step of the way, chasing every opportunity to close the best possible price for us. I don’t know how she did it but managed to pull it off! Highly recommended.
