Bacchus Marsh is located mid-way between Melbourne and Ballarat, in a rich and fertile valley that consists of orchards, market gardens and pastoral fields. The township itself has a long history, dating back to the days when gold was first discovered in nearby Ballarat during the 1850’s. When entering Bacchus Marsh from Melbourne, you will make your way through a beautiful tree-lined strip named “The Avenue of Honour”, complimented by hundreds of aesthetically pleasing Elm and Oak trees, planted to honour those who served during World War One. This road leads directly into the commercial centre of town which offers a mix of retail outlets in both historic and modern buildings and has something to suit everyone. Main Street is the main activity hub of Bacchus Marsh and is home to the recently upgraded Village Shopping Centre consisting of approximately 48 stores including Coles, Target & Aldi. Bacchus is a beautiful, family-friendly community township with so much character, charm and history offer.

Made the sale easy and stress free

Vickie's best feature is that she is very honest from the start. She won't lie to you just to get you to sell your house, she will tell you what it is worth and also tell you if she doesn't think your expectations are realistic. I was renting my property with YPA and was really happy with them since day 1. Selling with YPA only made sense and once I spoke to Vickie, I had faith that she had my best interest and also trusted her. She never tried to force me to accept an offer just for the sake of selling it. Once we got a offer I was happy with she then explained to me the process and we got it sorted. Will definitely recommend Vickie for the sale of your property and if you want to rent a property I highly recommend Monika and Juscynta.

Honesty from day one

Mark from ypa was great. He did what I asked with honesty and not beating around the bush and not talking rubbish. I’ve had 2 other agents before him and they weren’t loyal and stuffed me around . Mark did his job and got my property sold thanks again mate.

Honest, forthright and knowledgeable

Mark had excellent knowledge of the area, listened to what I was looking for and what he suggested was on the mark for requirements, position and price. Once an offer was made, he kept me informed, assisted the team that was closing the finance and conveyancing with any queries they had and made the whole experience as smooth as I could have wished for.

Great service!

Mark is very professional in all his dealings. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed his banter, made it easier for me. I would recommend him to anyone selling a home. He put my mind at rest in the whole dealings, and I thank him very much for all he did!

Mark was great to deal with every step of the way. Buying our first home couldn’t have been easier through Mark and the team at YPA. He answered all our questions and made sure that us (two clueless 20 something year olds) knew exactly what the process was and what we needed to do.
