Great Business Model
For the first time in a while, I experienced a good communication while engaging with YPA’s Julie and Tahlia. Best in the area a real skill in following up on customers request, and delivering what they have promised. I enjoy the fact that YPA has a proper business structure and are training young ones and as a result they can live up to a business name. Best in Town. I recommend them.

Excellent Service and very familiar with the neighbourhood
YPA has been really helpful in renting my place in Brookfield. I am new to the neighbourhood and YPA had all the knowledge around the Melton area. They helped me find the tenant quickly have managed the property well. I can say their fees are also low in comparison to other her 1 agencies. I will certainly recommend them.

Tahlia was great!
Tahlia has made the first-time leasing of my property a very stress-free and easy process. She is very efficient, and knowledgeable and always follows up when she says she will. Tahlia worked hard and found tenants for my property within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Tahlia if you are looking for a well-experienced property manager.

Karlee always seems to have a handle on things ... she is polite, attends to matters in a prompt fashion, doesn't unnecessarily bother you unless action is required.
