Myself and my 2 kids decided to move interstate and started looking for a property to rent, I had applied for so many properties and Tahlia from YPA Real Estate Agent was the first Agent that actually contacted me and asked questions what are situation are and our requirements. The next day, she called back and advised that we are been approved for the property that we applied for, that was definitely a relieved for us knowing that we have a place to stay in Melton Victoria. I really appreciate how Tahlia and YPA team went above and beyond to help us during the whole rental process, it stress free and pleasant experience for us. There are few minor repairs and maintenance that needs to be done in the property and it was actioned and rectified immediately before we move in.
