This is the second time I have dealt with Pat in the past few years and would highly recommend him. He has a thorough knowledge of the local area and will give you an accurate appraisal of what your property is worth in the current market. Pat’s easy going personality, professionalism and love for his job provide the perfect blend that allow him to achieve a great result for the sale of your property. He provided immediate feedback after each open and his ongoing communication throughout the campaign was honest and helpful. Although the sale took a bit longer than expected, Pat remained positive, found more potential buyers and closed the deal with a better than expected sale price. Following the sale, Pat and the YPA team were fantastic in assisting me to purchase a property. They were one of only a couple of agents in Sunbury who contacted me several times to alert me to properties coming onto the market that may be suitable for my needs. Thank you Pat and YPA!

Excellent Agent!
Lisa was brilliant. She is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and credible. Its one thing to sell a property in this active market, (ie not that hard), but she didn't just sell it - she worked very hard to get me the best possible price. She also 'kept me in the loop'. Highly recommended.

Excellent Agent
Lisa was great to work with. She is busy, so sometimes hard to get through to, however she always returns calls. She was very good at getting crowds of potential buyers through my house and sharing information about my property with other YPA staff. I had several private inspections of my property where other YPA staff showed their buyers my house (as well as many potential buyers from Lisa). Lisa was very supportive and would call me after each open house to provide updates. She was open and honest with me if something was not going as well as hoped. She did an amazing job as my auctioneer, got the crowd really excited and got us a better than expected result. Well done Lisa!

Stress Relief
Lisa had been very patient, waiting in the wings to sell our house. From the time she came to give us an estimate the first time, nearly three years lapsed before we were ready to put the house on the market. We were happy to offer the house to Lisa to sell. Obviously, as the house has sold, she did what she set out to do. Happy conclusion!
