Patrick Kilkenny changed my opinion on real estate agents. Over the years I have had less than satisfactory experiences in selling my homes. Pat and the team listened to my needs and always respected my wishes for the sale of my home. He created a marketing plan that delivered 5 real buyers in under a month. At Auction he was electrifying. Pat delivered what we agreed was the target in full, my neighbors comments after auction that is was the best Auction they had seen in Sunbury. Pat and his team showed integrity and respect for our family. Even after the sale he was helpful and accommodating. Pat changed not only my mind, but my sons mind on real estate agents, if they could be trusted and what was possible with someone with the right attitude towards service. Pat did the right thing by us. Working with Pat’s team was a win win for our family and YPA. I would recommend YPA as the best agent in Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges. Best agent in town
