We should've chosen Lisa the first time around... We had engaged the services of another agency local to Sunbury, and it took 7 weeks to receive an offer on our home that in all our friends eyes "would be snatched up quickly". The purchaser then pulled out and instead of that agent backing us, he chose to back the purchaser telling us that we should put the house back on the market! Well we did.... with Lisa. She had the house sold at days end of our 1st Open for Inspection! And for $2,000 more than what we got the first time!! Lisa has sold another 2 houses in our court, all successful and for above reserve. Thank you Lisa.
