When I first saw the house I was put off with the colour. Lisa met us out the front and showed us to the front entrance. Very clever, I was impressed immediately. The colour, tiling, high ceilings was stunning. The house was spotless and decorated tastefully this is what a female client looks for (Lisa is in tune with her clients) My husband being male would have overlooked all of that. Mainly interested in the size of land the fact it was on a hill the shed etc although he loved the outdoor area. I was looking for a home, one I could enjoy modern and one I could decorate in my own style, easy to clean etc. 40 Williams Rise ticks all the boxes for both of us. Close to the shopping centre and still with that country feel it’s just perfect. I found Lisa to be very professional in her manner but at the same time warm, and easy to speak to. She looks at the interests of both seller and buyer. I would certainly come back to Lisa with future ventures and recommend her to others.
