Sad goodbye with a happy outcome
After the unexpected passing of my mother, I was faced with the task of selling her house which she had made her welcoming home for the past five years and Lisa was very respectful of this. My siblings and I were realistic with pricing and open to what improvements needed to be made to ensure a quick sale. Lisa was very generous with her time by providing effective feedback in terms of price and what improvements we should make to ensure a quick process, as well as ensuring an acceptable price outcome. Lisa provided us with contacts for key trades people who were efficient and helped make the house look the best it could be. Lisa provided insight to trends and how buyers have been making offers, which is what you want in an agent. After four days on the market and one open house, we accepted an offer above our expectations. Lisa kept in regular contact in the lead up to listing and was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to sell in the Sunbury area.

Fantastic Agent

We have sought real estate selling and buying advice from Lisa, for the past 5 years.
Lisa has been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. Lisa has always demonstrated patience (when we have been indecisive and that was often); professionalism (when visiting our home on many occasions to listen to our ideas, answer any questions over and over, always showing an interest and never being pushy); advanced market knowledge (when suggesting advertising techniques, ways to present the home, and general selling advice); and most importantly to us, demonstrating Integrity, honesty and just being a very nice person. Overall our experience with Lisa has been 5 star and the best. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is fussy and requires handling with patience and care when selling their home.
