Great Agent
I found that Joe had the ability to listen to my requests regarding the sale of my property and he acted in an extremely professional manner. He kept me up to date at all times during the sale of my house and his most important asset is, he is extremely trustworthy. I thank him for his assistance in selling my house in a very short period time. I would recommend Joe to anyone.

Great agent to deal with
I had a really positive experience with Joe, he took the time to answer my questions (there were many!) and found him to be honest, which can be a rarity in the industry at times .

We Could Not Be Happier
Peter & Jeremy from YPA Taylors Lakes were Professional from start to finish, I would recommend them to anyone considering selling or purchasing, great customer service and solid reputation. Working with them was a pleasure, Jeremy was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to explain the best way to sell our house... He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level. He was willingly available to answer our calls at any time. We appreciated his willingness to provide advice and guidance and highly recommend Peter to anyone seeking a professional and efficient Real Estate Team.

Good agent!
Jeremy replaced Kayla as our agent half way through the process, he was enthusiastic, understood the market and provided a balanced realistic view of our expectations and the market. He was very thorough and regularly communicated throughout the process. He maximised our return during the sale negotiations and was readily available to respond to questions and concerns. We would highly recommend Jeremy as agent to any client wanting to sell or purchase a property.

Amazing work
Throughout the whole process from inspecting the house to putting an offer in, to then becoming owners of the property - we couldn’t speak highly enough of the way Jeremy has helped us along the way. He has been nothing short of amazing. We are over the moon of how quick and smooth it’s been to find out first ever house! We loved there work, we’re even keeping the property with them to do our rental.
