We called Kayla after a unsuccessful sales process with A competitor. Kayla's honesty and knowledge of the area we live in gave us great confidence and peace of mind that she would do a great job. I would highly recommend Kayla to anybody selling their home and I will never use another agent whilst Kayla is available to assist us.

It was very refreshing to deal with a mature, organised and experienced Agent, who genuinely cared. Kayla was honest and took the time out to understand what my needs were as a client and what really mattered to me. Her sincerity and great work ethic was truly amazing. Due to this amazing experience with Kayla and YPA, I would only ever use Kayla should I need to sell or buy property again. Kayla provided me with peace of mind when it was needed the most. Thank you so much Kayla

Kayla Ridolfi sales agent, at YPA in Taylor's Lakes, achieving excellent results in the area, I chose her to market my property and within 2 weeks being on the market it was sold without an open inspection although the property spoke for itself, (high caliber setting) she embraced it and put the hard work in and got the job done!! I'm overwhelmed with the result and I believe she has set a new record for the unit sector in hillside. I will defiantly use her again!! (In alliance with Jeremy Dean) 🌟🌟Highly Recommend 🌟🌟 Results speak for them selves look for yourself: https://m.realestate.com.au/property-unit-vic-hillside-121520726
