I would like to thank Nancy and her team for the hard work in selling my home in St Albans. We went to auction and the result exceeded my expectations and so did her service. The day was emotional for me as it had been a home in my family for generations but they made it so easy for me. I would recommend YPA Taylors Lakes, Nancy and her team to anyone wanting to sell.

Kayla was the first person who we had contact with for selling our house and from the start she was calm and easy to talk to, we did not bother contacting any other real estate agents as we were very happy with the knowledge Kayla provided, Auction day Kayla said it would be over in 15 minutes 40 minutes later after she worked the crowd we got 20,000 more than the reserve for our house. contacting Kayla before selling and after have been fantastic. Kayla Ridolfi, thankyou.

Kayla is a consummate professional in every aspect of her relationship with clients. She is reliable, does what she says she will do in the time frame promised, is polite and respectful. Kayla worked hard for us with obviously long hours, calling as necessary with news or in response to our queries. She knows her market and brings results. She is the best Real Estate Agent I have dealt with in my many years of dealing with this industry.

We met Kayla after being referred by a friend who gave a good review of her as an agent. We are so glad that we decided to go with her. She went above and beyond and exceeded any expectation that we had in selling our house. She was always informative and kept us in the loop of what was going on. She made sure we had enough media exposure and inspections in order to achieve optimal results. Kayla sold our house for more than we could have ever hoped for. We wouldn't hesitate in using Kayla as our agent if selling in the future. Would highly recommend to all!!
