James was excellent to deal with. Watching and listening to him interact with my daughter, answering all her questions and putting her mind at ease because she was a first time home buyer, was reassuring as a parent. He was always responding to her texts or calls and then came the open house inspections. He shared expertise, he didn’t overwhelm her or us, so you could really tell he cared. Well it wasn’t long before my daughter found her first home all thanks to James. I get my weekends back now
