Mitch & the team from YPA Wyndham have gone above and beyond our expectations. From our 1st meeting with Mitch we knew he was the argent for us. Mitch came in with a realistic view for pricing (didn't over quote the property like a number of argents before him), marketing and is personality made us feel 100% comfortable. Throughout the process we worked with a number of team members from YPA Wyndham, we ended up getting an entire sales team, not just a single agent. Everyone was just a phone call away. Mitch had a well-deserved holiday during our open period's (pre-planned in advance, so no surprises), this was no problem as he had left us in the wonderful hands of Kirsty Cunningham and Kiarah Bagnato. As a result of the outstanding work from these 3 we ended up with a quick sale and our final price, which we were extremally happy with. If you are looking for an outstanding Agent(s) to sell your property, we would 100% recommend Mitch and the team from YPA Wyndham, we truly do not have a negative thing to say!
