James showed himself to be the ultimate proffessional throughout my whole experience with YPA. James's knowledge on the local market was exceptional which enabled him to give me a true expection of where my home fitted in the market and to price it accordingly. Inspections were booked with plenty of notice and even reminder texts sent. I need to start off by saying, "It has been great to work with James on my first house purchase and I was lucky to find him". Right from day 1, he has been very professional.
