Kirsty Cunningham recently sold our house, achieving a great result in a very short time frame with the whole process made a lot less stressful. Kirsty’s knowledge in the industry is next to none. She managed the sales campaign professionally with complete transparency. The process was quick and simple with excellent communication throughout the entire campaign. We received regular updates as to how the campaign was performing and were given the confidence that we were in good hands to achieve a positive result. We were extremely happy with Kirsty’s service and the outcome of our sale, and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

From the moment I viewed the listing online I was impressed by the photos and description of the home I was interested in. When I viewed the property I found Kirsty to be exceptionally warm and friendly and very open to answering our questions regarding the property. Her assisting agents were also helpful and friendly toward my family and I. They presented the property beautifully and I noted they were generally warm and welcoming to all the other customers inspecting the property. At our second inspection, Kirsty was able to answer more questions my husband had, and made us feel more comfortable moving forward. Once we decided to buy the property she made the entire process simple, and smooth, and has maintained all dealings with high professional standards. I would highly recommend Kirsty and her agency as they all uphold excellent service as well as getting excellent results for the sellers they represent. I am happy and relieved our whole process has gone so smoothly with this professional team. 👍

I have absolutely loved working with Kirsty! She has been professional, friendly and so easy to work with the whole time. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was so helpful throughout the whole sales journey. I respected that she was careful not to over promise and under deliver by knowing what is possible in the current market, but she also worked exceptionally hard to get me the best sale she could and meet my expectations. On top of that, the whole agency worked together to achieve the sale.

I would be more than happy to recommend James to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their property. I didn’t know James prior to interviewing him to sell our property. What struck me straight away with James was his good positive energy, this is who he is, as it didn’t change throughout the selling process, along with his honest feedback and professionalism, even after the property was unconditionally sold. We were able to achieve what I believe was an outstanding result in a short period of time owing to his ability to negotiate with potential purchasers. A very professional, high energy and more than capable agent. We had a great experience with James
