The agent who handled my application was different but overall the entire YPA team has the same knowledge - So I am rating the entire team. Thanks for the market comparison and the proper explanation towards buying the property. The process was simple and elegant to understand. Only one suggestion - for a first home buyers please stress or make the buyer understand on the special condition, Since I am new I missed out to add the special conditions before signing the contract. Considering this property it should not be an issue - Anyway thanks a lot for your other explanations and suggestions. Overall the YPA service rating would be 4.8/5. Thanks again :)
