Kirsty was simply AMAZING. She helped in every aspect of selling our home in 2 short weeks and is now helping me in finding the most perfect property to buy. She was there right from the beginning to the end, she explained all avenues of the sale and made sure everything ran smoothly. In short: Kirsty and YPA have been excellent in selling our house. Kirsty is a lovely person, great communicator, very knowledgeable and experienced. She always had time to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. We purchased our second house with Kirsty, then had YPA manage the rental of our first house. When it came time to sell our first house we knew we go with Kirsty. She is also an excellent auctioneer, and we are over the moon with the result of our auction.
