We found Ann to be proactive, hard working and knowledgable. We met Ann while we were inspecting another property. After the inspection, Ann asked for our view and when we told us that the house was too big for us, Ann took the initiative to ask what type of house we were looking for and what were our requirements. After considering our needs, she offered us an immediate inspection of a property which we did not include in our inspection list. Due to rain, Ann arranged for us another inspection twice. She was responsive and promptly answered all our questions. Thanks to her, we found the right house.
