Great agent
Ann was wonderful through our house buying process. Everything was pretty simple and straight forward and we experienced none of the sneeky tactics we had previously encountered with some other agents. Ann is very personable, enthusiastic and was able to give us lots of ideas on updating the house. Stuart, previously a builder, was great at giving us an idea of what was viable. They were both available for any questions we had. A great team and we highly recommend them.

One in a million
Our house listed on a Tuesday and Ann rang me on the Wednesday saying she had a buyer willing to sign a contract. She organised an open home for the Thursday afternoon as she had had so many inquiries. A contract was signed that afternoon for a record price for the area. This may be surprising to some but not for us. Ann and Stewart are full steam ahead from the first meeting. Even before the listing is live, Ann has a list of potential buyers! The process is always seamless with a smile and lots of laughs along the way. As buyers, she and her team listen to wh;at your needs are and stop at nothing to find the perfect property! In a different league
Ann operates very differently to other agents I have dealt with. She is open and honest, which allows you to trust and like her immediately. She goes out of her way to marry up the right home with the right family and has a ‘non pushy’ approach, which immediately sets her apart from her peers. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Her enthusiasm is infectious. Ann will do everything she can to help make the deal happen, whilst keeping everyone happy. Highly recommended.

Why would you go anywhere else?
Thanks Ann You achieved the best price in a market that was inundated with lots of stock. You are ethical and have always dealt with me to the very highest standard. Living interstate I had to place myself completely in your hands. Other agents promised the world and actually tried to solicit my transferring of the listing through unethical and inappropriate tactics and actions. You just remained open, honest; keeping me well versed on the market and always conducting yourself in the highest professional manner. This is not the first property you have sold for me and it definitely will not be the last. 11 out of ten for all aspects of you and your team's work and would be happy to shout your name loud and clear to any prospective client.

Wow!! "Sold in 8 Days"

Forget the rest, Ann is the best!!
Nothing but "Honesty and Class" Nothing is ever to much of a bother, Ann is always available and communicates with you in every step along the way, even in the most difficult of situations. Ann handles the situation with the utmost respect and diligence for all concerned. You can be assured with the ease in knowing, she realises she is dealing with peoples emotions and that your future is her hands.
